Quick answer: Canopy is how Yungle works with every client. It keeps your brand, your decisions and everything we learn about your website in one private knowledge base. Your team comments on the live site, Canopy prepares the change, and a person at Yungle reviews it before it ships. Over time, every project starts from what already worked.
Most websites slow down after launch. Small requests wait in a queue, context lives in someone’s inbox, and every new person on the project starts from zero. We built Canopy to remove that drag, for our clients and for ourselves.
What is Canopy?
Canopy is the shared brain behind Yungle’s work. It is not a separate product you have to learn. It is the system our team and our AI tools use to design, build and grow your website with the same context every time.
It holds three kinds of things:
- Knowledge: your brand strategy, style guide, sitemap, tone of voice and the decisions behind them.
- Memory: what happened in each session, the feedback you gave and what we learned from it.
- Tools: the skills our team uses for design, development, SEO, AEO and conversion work.
Canopy follows the same structure as our services: Seed for design, Root for development and Growth after launch.
How does Canopy work day to day?
- Your team comments on the live site. Point at a heading, a section or an image and write what should change. Attach a file if it helps.
- Canopy picks up every comment. Comments from the website and from the design files land in one queue, so nothing gets lost between tools or time zones.
- The change is prepared with your context. Canopy reads your brand rules and the components already approved for your site, so a new section looks like it always belonged there.
- A person at Yungle reviews it. Nothing ships on autopilot. We check the change, test it on desktop and mobile, and reply in the same comment thread.
- What we learn is kept. If you correct something twice, it becomes a rule for your project, so you don’t have to say it a third time.
After launch, the same loop drives growth: we measure conversions, search and AI visibility, propose changes with a clear hypothesis, test them and report what moved.
Why does Canopy work this way?
- Speed without guessing. Most website changes are small. With your context in one place, a small change takes minutes instead of a ticket and a week.
- Consistency. Every change is made from your approved style guide and components, not from a blank page.
- Memory that compounds. Decisions and feedback stay with the project, not with one person. New team members and new projects start from what already worked.
- Review before anything goes live. AI helps us move faster, but a person signs off on every change. We’d rather ship it right than ship it loud.
How is your data kept private?
Each client has their own private knowledge base. What Canopy learns from one project is the method, never the data: patterns can help other clients, your content and numbers never leave your space. Anyone working in Canopy accepts a data notice before a session starts, and changes to core knowledge go through review. You can read our full commitments on the Trust page.
What’s next for Canopy?
These are plans, not features you get today:
- Ask Canopy directly. A secure connection so your team can ask Canopy questions and request changes from its own AI assistant, with the same guardrails and review.
- Mini demos for every change. Short previews of what changed and why, so approving is even faster.
- Richer growth reports. Clearer before-and-after views of what each change did to leads, rankings and AI visibility.
Our vision for Canopy
We want your website to keep up with your market. Not a redesign every three years, but a site that improves every week because the people and tools working on it never lose the thread. Canopy is how we get there: one place where your brand lives, your team’s feedback turns into progress and every lesson makes the next change better.

Frequently asked questions
Is Canopy a tool my team has to learn?
No. Your team keeps commenting on the website the way they would with any studio. Canopy works behind the scenes with our team.
Does AI change my website without anyone checking?
No. Canopy prepares changes, and a person at Yungle reviews and tests every one before it goes live.
Who can see my brand information?
Only your team and the Yungle people working on your project. Each client has a separate, private knowledge base. See the Trust page for details.
Do I need Canopy if I only need a new website?
Canopy is included in how we work, so you get it with any project. It matters most after launch, when your site needs to keep improving. See plans and pricing.
