Who we are

Yungle LLC is an independent web design and development studio, a limited liability company registered in the State of Washington, United States, with its team based in Mexico City. Business address: 310 Third Ave, Suite A28, Chula Vista, CA 91910, USA. We are responsible for the personal data described on this page, which covers yungle.ai, the conversations you start on it and the calls you book.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to share with us and the minimum this site needs to work:

• What you write in the chat, including your name, email and project details if you share them.
• If you book a call, from the chat or the booking form: your name, email, project description, the slot you choose and your time zone.
• The page where you started the conversation and your approximate country, which our hosting provider derives from your connection.
• Your IP address, to limit how many chat messages can be sent per hour and per day so the chat can't be abused.

We don't use advertising trackers and we don't build profiles of visitors.

How we use it

• To reply to you, prepare an estimate or a proposal and, if we work together, run the project.
• To keep the chat available and protect it from abuse.

We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.

AI chat & data

The chat on this site is an AI assistant. Your messages are sent to Anthropic's API (Claude) to write each reply. If it isn't available, an open model running on Cloudflare Workers AI replies instead.

If you share your email in the chat, we save the conversation so a person on our team can follow up. If you don't, we don't keep it.

While you browse, the conversation stays in your browser tab so it doesn't reset when you change pages. It's deleted when you close the tab.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers that run this site:

• Cloudflare: hosting, the database that stores chat conversations and booked calls, and the backup AI model.
• Anthropic: the AI that writes the chat replies.
• Google (Calendar and Meet): to create the invitation and video link for calls you book.
• Microsoft (Clarity): anonymised usage analytics and session replays, only if you accept Analytics cookies. Text you type is masked.
• Google (Analytics 4): visit and conversion statistics, only if you accept Analytics cookies. No advertising signals, and Google doesn't store your IP address.

We don't sell or rent personal data. We only disclose it to authorities when the law requires it.

Retention

We keep conversations that include your email, and the calls you book, for as long as we need them to answer your enquiry and, if we work together, for the length of the project and the legal obligations that follow it.

Ask us at any time and we'll delete your conversation.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. These are your ARCO rights under Mexican data protection law.

If you're in the EU or the UK, you have the same rights under the GDPR, plus portability and the right to complain to your data protection authority. If you're in California, you can ask to know, correct and delete your data, and we never sell or share it for advertising.
